I am a UK taxpayer and I am donating my own money as an individual. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than
the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any
difference.

Gift Aid is only available for donations from individuals; it must be your own money you are donating.
If you are donating on behalf of a business/organisation use this page instead. If you are donating money you have collected from other people you can use this page but please do not tick the Gift Aid box.
HMRC require us to collect your full name and home address (not a business, "care of" or PO Box address) including postcode to claim Gift Aid.
Please notify us in future if you:
- want to cancel this declaration
- change your name or home address
- no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief
due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask
HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
